Lisa is the Manager of Employee Health, Safety, & Well-being at the Halton District School Board. She transitioned to public education in 2015, bringing extensive experience from her previous career in clinical practice and post-secondary teaching. A dedicated leader and volunteer, Lisa has served on the Patient Relations Committee for the College of Chiropractors and the Boards of Directors for both OASBO and Halton Food for Thought. She continues to contribute her expertise in disability management, clinical practice, and organizational wellness to the Canadian Chiropractic Examining Board and the University of Guelph.
Cheryl Ann Corallo is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a dedicated professional in the field of education administration. She serves as the Executive Superintendent of Business and Finance at the Sudbury Catholic District School Board for the past 11+ years. In this role, she oversees financial operations, risk management and strategic planning, among various other portfolios, to ensure the effective management of resources within the school board. Cheryl Ann plays a crucial role in supporting educational initiatives and maintaining fiscal responsibility within the district. Her leadership contributes to the success of students and staff by ensuring that financial decisions align with the board’s mission and goals.

With over 13 years at the York Catholic District School Board, Teresa serves as Manager, Employee Health and Safety. In this role, Teresa has led complex initiatives and the revitalization of core support services including Attendance, Disability and Employee Wellness programs.
Frank Palumbo is a senior education executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience in human resources, labour relations, and school system administration. He most recently served as Superintendent of Human Resources and Board Leadership with the Algoma District School Board, where he led strategic HR operations, advanced equity‑focused hiring practices, and strengthened collaborative labour–management frameworks. Frank has held extensive provincial governance roles, including executive positions with the Ontario Principals’ Council, and has contributed to system‑level leadership development across Ontario. He brings deep expertise in organizational effectiveness, policy implementation, and stakeholder engagement to the SBCI Board.
Danielle Ryan has served on the board of SBCI since 2018. She has been a member of the governance and finance committees. She had the opportunity to serve as chair of the finance committee for a few years and also served as president of the board between 2022 and 2024. Danielle is a CPA and is currently Director of finance for the Conseil des écoles publiques de l'Est de l'Ontario. She has been with the school board for more than 18 years guiding financial reporting, analysis, planning and strategy.

Craig is a Professional Engineer and Chartered Professional Accountant with substantial experience in various capacities across two different school boards in Ontario, encompassing facilities management, transportation, finance, insurance, and human resources. Presently, Craig is in his eighth year of senior administration and sixth year with the Limestone District School Board senior team. His leadership tenure includes terms with the OASBO OMC executive, COSBO executive, and OSBIE board of directors. He continues to serve on the COSBO executive and the CUPE ELHT as a board member.
