Calling upon our years of expertise, we help school boards achieve positive incident prevention results. By reviewing, benchmarking, and analyzing key incident metrics, we identify areas for targeted prevention. Then SBCI’s Health & Safety Team, using tested prevention strategies tailored to the school board sector, supports the targeted accident reduction initiative.

We collect, analyze, and benchmark incident data from all member boards. The resulting Trend Analysis Reports allow our members to identify trends and patterns within employee groups or types of injuries, so they are empowered to focus their accident prevention efforts more effectively, allocate limited resources smartly, and uncover persuasive data to support specific initiatives.

We offer a suite of targeted eModules tailored to meet school board needs. Topic examples include: COVID-19 Awareness and Education, COVID-19 PPE, Workplace Inspections - Elementary Schools, Workplace Inspections - Secondary Schools, and Slips, Trips, and Falls - Winter Conditions and Outdoor Surfaces.
