Our roster of lawyers and licensed paralegals draw on their knowledge and experience to provide expert advice and guidance on any matter related to a workers’ compensation claim or a WSIB disability management program.

Our expert lawyers and licensed paralegals provide full representation to our members throughout the entire WSIB claim appeals process. From initiating an appeal by completing the initial forms to preparing the case, prepping potential witnesses, providing the written submission or presenting oral arguments in WSIB or WSIAT hearings, we ensure the rights of our members are protected throughout the entire process.

We collect, analyze, and benchmark WSIB claim related data from all member boards. This allows us to review trends in costs, claim duration, and to aid the school board in mitigating their claims as early as possible. We also use this information to provide our members with a detailed annual performance report, an annual budget forecast report on anticipated future WSIB costs and ad-hoc reports that our members may require.
