Our Needs Assessments and Program Evaluations are designed to ensure your existing attendance support programs align with industry best practices. We generate data to identify and close gaps, as well as establish a benchmark for absences (and cost of absences) to measure against moving forward.

Our Disability Support Program helps minimize the impacts of disability on your employees through improved support and return to work services. It supports early and safe return-to-work/stay-at-work opportunities, reducing absence duration and associated costs. It ensures all employees are treated fairly and consistently, outlining the roles and responsibilities of the workplace parties to help the school board fulfill its legal obligations and align with best practices, including the CSA Standard for Work Disability Management Systems CSA Z1011.

Our Attendance Support Program is a non-disciplinary, supportive program designed to support employees struggling to maintain regular attendance at work. It addresses innocent absenteeism only. Key components of this program include using empirical data to establish a program threshold, key stakeholder training, and supportive and tiered coaching to support improved and sustained attendance at work.

Our Mental Health and Wellness Program is a comprehensive approach to promoting mental health, preventing psychological harm at work, reducing the stigma of mental illness in the workplace, and building staff resilience. It proactively builds and maintains a work environment and culture that cares for and supports the psychological health of all employees.

Our Case Management services support the boards' efforts to reduce case durations and cost, and support internal workload management, by supplementing school board resources with experienced case managers who provide consistent, effective intervention to support safe and timely return-to-work.
